About the Role
As a Project Manager within WSP's PMCM Rail team, you will lead the delivery of complex rail projects of regional, national, and international importance. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Your role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and driving project progress through effective communication and robust processes. You will act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and stakeholder engagement throughout design and construction phases. Key responsibilities include managing contracts (NEC3 & 4), budgets, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards including Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations. You will also facilitate project meetings, compile reports, and promote innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and productivity. Experience
- Proven experience managing NEC3/4 contracts and significant rail projects with client-side delivery (design and build).
- Experience working with organisations such as Transport for Wales, Network Rail, or other rail-related entities is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage successful workstreams within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Skilled in project management, technical and project controls.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications
