About the Role This role will report into the Future Workplace Project Manager and will support delivery of the Transforming Places to Live Programme. Working with a variety of stakeholders to assist the coordination and delivery of work. Good organisation, time management and communication skills will be essential in this role. The corporate transformation programme is vast and cuts across the whole organisation so you will have exposure to stakeholders throughout the organisation. In this role you will: Work across a number of workstreams to deliver the various aspects of the Future Workplace programme Lead mapping of interdependencies and joining up Lead on the implementation of robust governance is in place to provide programme assurance and oversight of delivery and benefits tracking Support culture change across the organisation Support Project and Programme Managers, when required, to effectively manage projects, coordinating activities in support of delivery of the project plan Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation Collate, report and present information about the Future Workplace Programme Identify ways team processes can be improved and make recommendations to the Management team About Us This role will sit within the Future workplace teams which forms part of the Corporate Change and Improvement team. This team is the engine room responsible for driving the Change & Transformation Programme across the organisation.
