About the Role
We are seeking a diligent Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of leasehold block management. This role focuses on administrative efficiency, leaseholder liaison, and compliance, covering a broad range of functions including document management, Section 20 process administration, accounting support, legal documentation, and basic property management tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring all leaseholder interactions and building matters are handled professionally and promptly.

Key responsibilities include:
- Performing all necessary back-office administrative duties and maintaining document management systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Managing the shared Client inbox to ensure timely responses and task allocation.
- Overseeing the management pack process for Property Manager sign off.
- Issuing Section 20 notices in line with statutory requirements and tracking their progress.
- Supporting Property Managers to meet deadlines and legal standards.
- Raising ad hoc demands and preparing budget templates to assist with annual budget preparation.
- Taking full ownership of fob management including issuance, programming, and record-keeping.
- Coordinating access to flats for inspections, works, and contractor visits.
- Handling low-level leaseholder and resident queries professionally.
- Drafting and issuing case notes to support Property Managers.
- Keeping MONDAY boards updated and assisting the Head of Residential with diary management.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience in block or property management administration is essential. Familiarity with Section 20 procedures and service charge administration is required.

About you
You are highly organised with strong document management skills. You have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are able to multitask and prioritise effectively, and pay close attention to detail to meet deadlines consistently.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is required. Formal qualifications are not specified but relevant experience and skills are essential.
