About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to join our Quality Assurance Team within Adult and Children's Social Care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving the quality of care and support services and ensuring residents of the London Borough of Hillingdon receive safe, effective and high-quality care. As a Quality Assurance Officer you will be expected to implement the London Borough of Hillingdon's Quality Assurance Framework for all Care Provider Services in the Borough including Supported Accommodation. Your role will involve monitoring and evaluating the quality of care service provision, promoting ways of working that are person centred, outcome focussed, inclusive, and ensure that care provisions are well led. You will work closely with internal and external partners, using performance and quality information to identify risks and drive improvement.

Experience
- Experience of quality assurance, auditing, inspection or service improvement within health or social care.
- Knowledge of CQC and Ofsted standards, safeguarding, governance and quality monitoring processes.
