About the Role
Are you a dedicated Social Worker looking to make a meaningful impact? Join Hillingdon Council’s Learning Disabilities Team and help enhance the lives of adults with learning disabilities. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored support plans that promote independence, well-being, and community integration.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage a social work caseload with a high level of autonomy.
- Provide expert professional and technical advice to colleagues, managers, and partners.
- Promote reflective practice and continuous professional development.
- Apply a range of assessment and intervention frameworks effectively.
- Support and mentor others in professionalism and effective caseload management.
- Build strong networks with internal and external partners to enhance service delivery.
- Prepare reports for the Court of Protection.

Experience
- Experience in assessment and care management for individuals with learning disabilities and/or disabilities.
- Ability to manage a social work caseload autonomously.
- Experience providing professional advice and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications
