About the Role
The Stronger Families Hub (SFH) is recruiting two new Key Workers to join the team. As a SFH Key Worker, you will be the first point of contact for families, residents, and professionals seeking support or guidance for children and adults at risk. Working within the innovative Stronger Families and Protection Service, you will provide high-quality, enhanced information gathering, advice, and triage for referrals both during office and out of office hours.
Your role will be crucial in helping to promote early help and prevention, manage safeguarding concerns, reduce demand on statutory services, and respond with empathy, clarity, and urgency when it matters most.
This role is more than just a contact point; it is an essential gateway that enables us to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families in Hillingdon.

Experience
Experience in social care, early help, or multi-agency working is preferred but not essential. Willingness to learn and develop in the role is important.
