About the Role
As the Quality, Development and Performance Lead at Notting Hill Genesis, you will drive service improvement across Supported and Temporary Housing, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality homes and services that align with our customer strategy and Better Together commitments. Leading a team of specialists, you will embed good governance, monitor performance, and champion continuous improvement. This strategic role offers real impact by shaping policy, guiding service development, and ensuring our work is informed by insight and the resident voice.

Your responsibilities will include managing a quality framework that provides assurance to senior leaders and drives service improvement; leading serious case reviews and escalating risks while maintaining directorate risk registers and business continuity plans; overseeing performance reporting, data analysis, and quality insight updates; horizon scanning for best practice and overseeing pilot programmes and improvement action plans; developing learning programmes, training offers, and career pathways to build capability across the service; representing Supported and Temporary Housing in policy discussions to ensure compliance with regulations and legal changes; leading tenders, strategic partnerships, and service development projects that enhance our offer to residents; ensuring the Impact Fund is used effectively to reduce hardship and promote wellbeing; collaborating with IT and internal services to ensure systems meet operational needs; and contributing to annual business planning and representing NHG at external forums.

Requirements

Experience
- Project management experience, including leading improvement programmes and service development initiatives.
- Understanding of supported housing and the needs of specialist resident groups, including those with complex needs or vulnerable circumstances.
- Proven ability to interpret and respond to regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Experience managing operational teams and working collaboratively across departments and external partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build effective networks.
