The R&D Department at Guy’s & St Thomas’ is a key centre for innovative research, partnering with King’s College London and other organisations to deliver a nationally recognised research portfolio and infrastructure. The department supports clinical research facilities, the Regional Research Delivery Network, and plays a major role in the South London research network.

The R&D Governance Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Research and Development governance office. Responsibilities include coordinating governance activities, managing data, handling governance queries, and liaising with researchers and Trust-wide personnel. The role is based in a dynamic and diverse department committed to high-level research activity and efficient research processes.

Experience
- Experience working within NHS, research, or clinical settings
- Handling confidential information
- Servicing committees, including taking minutes and drafting text
- Strong data management skills
- Coordinating meetings

- Knowledge of the Health Research Authority and UK Policy for Health Research is desirable
