In this position, you will work with the following businesses: Oncology, Respiratory, Immunology and Inflammation, and R&D Vaccines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering change initiatives to help the business adapt and thrive

Experience
- University/College Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with HR operations/generalist and business partnering experience
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing HR business partnering role
- Experience in leadership development, talent management, inclusion and engagement, executive coaching, building high performing teams, capability building, and performance management
- Project management experience delivering large scale, high-quality projects within timelines and budget
- Experience delivering HR interventions across leadership development, talent management, inclusion and engagement, executive coaching, and performance management
- Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to drive insights, sound decision-making, and calculated risk-taking
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed global organizations and stakeholder networks
- Learning agility, strong organizational skills, and ability to adapt in fast-paced, complex environments

Qualifications
- Preferred experience in HR Consultancy, Pharmaceutical or Biotech sectors
- R&D experience is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to draw insights and recommend actions
- Experience with global consultation processes
