About the Role
Looking for a fresh challenge with an award-winning facilities management company? Arcus FM is hiring an experienced Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients. You will be on the road, keeping supermarket refrigeration and air conditioning systems running smoothly across your patch. Your responsibilities will include carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same. Benefits include a company van and fuel card with personal use from day one, door-to-door pay, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced overtime rates paid at time and a half, an annual bonus of up to 4% (subject to performance), and training to cover any skill gaps in this hybrid role.

Experience
- Refrigeration or Air Conditioning engineering experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness

About you
- Valid UK driver's license
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079-11)
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality service
- Flexible and motivated to work in a mobile, hands-on role

Qualifications
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079-11) is essential
- CO2 Qualification (desirable)
- Supermarket refrigeration experience (desirable)
