About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Refrigeration Part Fitters to join our Mobile Delivery team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for fitting parts, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), assisting with second-line fixes, and supporting the region across a portfolio of sites. You will work safely, professionally, and efficiently to meet agreed service levels and deliver an excellent customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone with a Level 2 Electrical Installation qualification who is eager to build their skills and develop within the refrigeration and engineering environment.
Key responsibilities include adhering to all client site processes such as signing in/out and permit-to-work requirements, working safely in compliance with health & safety regulations, maintaining a professional appearance and company vehicle, completing HR tasks including timesheets and training, carrying out PPM, planned and reactive refrigeration activities within your trained skill level, fitting and sourcing approved parts, recording detailed notes on completed work, meeting service level agreements, assisting with fault finding and diagnosis, collaborating with the Planning team and Managing Engineers, supporting the region on tasks within your capability, sharing knowledge with team members, attending technical training, and delivering high-quality customer service with professional conduct and timely work order closure.

Experience
Experience working independently in a field-based engineering or refrigeration role is beneficial but not explicitly required. Ability to communicate confidently with store teams and the public is essential.

Qualifications
- Essential: Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (2365)
