To undertake all relocations tasks, as requested by help desk, supervisors, and managers. To undertake all urgent adhoc and scheduled tasks using the correct equipment within the required times and in accordance with Trust policies and procedures. To maintain good hygiene practices in the tasks performed as per infection control procedures. To observe Health & Safety regulations at all times. To attend staff induction and training (as required) alongside an annual performance development review meeting contributing with pro-active suggestions for improvement. To ensure that any complaints received are escalated to the appropriate Supervisor / Manager. To ensure transportation equipment is kept clean and in working order, and to report any defects to the Supervisor / Manager to be rectified as quickly as possible. To maintain a smart appearance at all times, wearing the Essentia allocated uniform, including safety clothing footwear and gloves as provided at all times. To report to Supervisor / Manager if and when any of these items become damaged. To provide portering support in the event of major incident or another site emergency as directed. To work as part of a team, and be flexible in approach to duties in order to cover annual leave and sickness. To ensure that workload reporting or timesheet submissions is completed with factually accurate submissions.
