The JD and main responsibilities for this role are but not exclusively: Assessment, triage and treatment of Renal patients into RAU Review and development of SOP for RAU, Inpatient PD support and Day case Service improvement using Quality Improvement and research for Renal inpatients and Day case patients at GSTT. Admission and treating patients in day case Ownership of patient experience and associated action plans.
