As a Research Manager, you will partner with leading global brands to deliver insight, consultancy and strategic recommendations that drive business growth. You will build trusted client relationships, lead research programmes and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges. Using industry-leading methodologies, analytical techniques and tools, you will help clients make confident decisions across areas such as brand, communications, creative and innovation.

You will lead projects from brief through to insight delivery, ensuring an exceptional client experience while contributing to business growth. Embracing Kantar’s future-focused strategy, you will leverage AI, technology and automation to enhance efficiency, strengthen insight generation and improve client outcomes.

Requirements

Experience
- Strong experience in quantitative research and insights within Brand, Creative and Innovation or related areas
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality research and insight projects
- Experience coaching or supporting the development of others is desirable

- Analytical and commercially minded, able to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Strong project management and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
