About the Role
As a Resourcing Partner, you will work closely with our employment advisors and support staff, communicating and sharing the vacancies generated by the employer services team. You will generate and screen participants to fill these vacancies and aid them back into work. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that participants are appropriately matched to employment opportunities within their area and that all vacancies are advertised and promoted to employment advisors and job-ready participants. You will liaise with operational teams to ensure Employment Advisors are notified about participant referrals, pre-screens, and group activities, inform them about vacancies, provide feedback to both participants and Employment Advisors, and work with operational teams to overcome work-related issues.

Experience
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience of working in a target-driven environment. Strong understanding of the local employment market.

No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience is advantageous.
