As a Retail Assistant, you will be at the core of Screwfix, ensuring our customers are the heart of everything we do. You’ll take the time to really get to know them while delivering genuinely great service. You will play a vital role in the running of the store, keeping busy with a variety of tasks. With excellent training programmes and varied shift patterns supporting a healthy work-life balance, you’ll be on the right track for a promising career with us!

Key responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, guiding them to the right products, assisting with deliveries, maintaining stock, collecting customer orders, and maintaining high warehouse standards. You will join a team that takes pride in their store, works together, and has fun along the way.

Experience
No previous retail experience is required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
