About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join a proactive Reviews Team. The team works with vulnerable adults in the community to review existing care plans, packages, and placements to ensure appropriate support and funding. Responsibilities include assessing service users under the Care Act 2014 and presenting cases to the commissioning panel when necessary. This role offers a rare locum opportunity to work within a specialist team committed to timely and thorough package reviews and adjustments.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in Adult community-based social work teams. Recent and comprehensive experience in completing learning disability placement reviews is essential.

Qualifications
