About the Role
Can you use your expertise in reward, job evaluation and workforce analytics to help shape fair and evidence-based people practices? Do you enjoy transforming complex workforce data into meaningful insights that support organisational decision-making? Does the idea of joining a forward-thinking HR team at the heart of one of London's most ambitious councils excite you? If yes, we have the perfect role for you! Our HR Policy and Projects Service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Reward Analyst to join our team and help drive our pay, reward and job evaluation agenda.

As a Reward Analyst, you will provide professional expertise across job evaluation, pay and reward, workforce analytics and organisational change projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that our pay and reward practices remain fair, transparent and evidence-based.

You'll manage and support the Council's job evaluation process, provide expert advice to managers and HR colleagues, analyse workforce and reward data, lead reward-related projects and contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you'll help deliver insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

This is a permanent role at Grade 10 with hybrid working available. Occasional travel to different council locations may be required.
