Job Overview
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and tidying guest rooms to established standards, changing bed linens, replacing towels, emptying trash bins, and restocking amenities. You will also dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sanitize surfaces, maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, and report any maintenance issues promptly. Following supervisor instructions and adhering to safety protocols is essential, as is ensuring the security and privacy of guest rooms.

Experience
Preferred Experience: Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.

Skills and Knowledge
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. The ability to work individually and as part of a team. Strong time management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. A ‘Can Do’ attitude, adaptability to organisational needs, and the ability to prioritise and multi-task are essential. Capability to provide excellent customer service, self-motivation, accountability, and the ability to work confidentially and with integrity are also required. Awareness of safety regulations and compliance is important.
