As a Room Attendant, you will be essential in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards to enhance guest satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering the highest levels of room cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins and restock amenities
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors
- Sanitize surfaces thoroughly to maintain hygiene
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
- Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Ensure guest room security and guest privacy
- Provide professional and respectful service and respond promptly to guest requests

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
