About the Role
HotelCare, the UK's foremost hotel support services provider with over 30 years of experience, is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and enhancing guest satisfaction across hotels nationwide. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, and welcoming, consistently delivering the highest levels of service.
Key responsibilities include cleaning and tidying guest rooms to established standards, changing bed linens, replacing towels, emptying trash bins, restocking amenities, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning mirrors, sanitizing surfaces, maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries, reporting maintenance issues promptly, following supervisor instructions, adhering to safety protocols, ensuring guest room security and privacy, and providing professional, respectful service to guests.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly housekeeping or room attendant positions.
