About the Role
As a Public Area Cleaner at HotelCare, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests experience impeccably clean public spaces, contributing to their overall enjoyment of their stay. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include cleaning designated public areas such as corridors, lifts, lobbies, offices, reception areas, stairs, ironing rooms, changing rooms, and meeting rooms. You will perform cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard while consistently following company health and safety protocols, including COSHH guidelines. Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly to management is essential. You will maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, collaborate with team members to achieve cleanliness goals, and provide exceptional customer service by ensuring public areas are clean and presentable for guests and visitors.

Experience
Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in cleaning or public area cleaning positions.
