You will inspire and motivate your team and stakeholders, fostering innovation, adaptability, and collaboration to deliver high-quality responses to fraud and error across DWP. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent influencing and negotiation skills to work effectively across the Department.

Key responsibilities include leading initiatives across multiple programmes, developing team capability aligned to government standards, representing IRIS at internal and external forums, and line managing EO analysts. Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required.

IRIS is DWP’s Centre of Excellence for fraud and error risks, combining expertise in data science, digital and cyber specialists, intelligence analysts, and counter fraud experts to deliver significant savings and improvements in fraud and error reduction.
