About the Role
As the Safety and Regulatory Compliance Lead at Rivan Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards across the organisation. You will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to identify risks, conduct audits, and deliver training programs that promote a culture of safety and regulatory adherence. Your expertise will be critical in managing compliance documentation, reporting, and liaising with regulatory bodies to uphold the company’s commitment to safety excellence.

Experience
Proven experience in safety management and regulatory compliance within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement safety policies and conduct risk assessments. Experience working with regulatory agencies and managing compliance audits is essential.

About you
Detail-oriented and proactive with strong leadership and communication skills. You are confident in influencing and driving safety culture change across teams. You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and can work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Relevant safety management qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent. A degree or professional certification in occupational health and safety, environmental management, or a related field is preferred.
