You will also be a Partner in Management by offering fresh ideas, relaying customer feedback, and driving sales. As a Retail Specialist, you will build strong product knowledge and master day-to-day operations to confidently support customers and ensure smooth store running.

Your responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive and responsive customer service from fitting rooms to tills
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, organized, and beautifully presented sales floor
- Monitoring customer reactions to products and recommending adjustments to displays and stock levels
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a strong, united team
- Championing sustainability initiatives such as recycling programs and repair services
- Contributing to retail technology efforts including social media content, styling apps, or livestream channels if interested

Experience
