We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join Compass, our specialist provision for students with Autism. This rewarding role involves supporting some of our most vulnerable students, ensuring those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) receive high-quality support within the provision and across the wider school.

As part of the Compass team, you will work closely with families, teaching staff, and external professionals to deliver targeted interventions and advocate for students across all areas of school life. You will also lead on KS3 transition and manage exam access arrangements to ensure every student can demonstrate their full potential.

Experience
Experience supporting students on the autism spectrum is essential, including leading on KS3 transition. A good understanding of exam access arrangements and managing accommodations is required.
