About the Role
At Nectar360, we connect some of the UK's biggest brands with millions of Sainsbury’s customers through market-leading loyalty, insights and retail media solutions. As the home of the Nectar loyalty programme, we combine customer understanding, data-driven insights and innovative marketing solutions to help our supplier partners grow their brands and deliver measurable results. Working with more than 350 FMCG suppliers, we pride ourselves on being collaborative, ambitious and forward-thinking, creating an environment where people have the autonomy to innovate, challenge convention and make a real commercial impact.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team and play a key role in developing strategic partnerships with some of the world's leading consumer brands. If you're motivated by building relationships, driving growth and helping clients unlock the full value of retail media and customer insights, you'll feel right at home here.

As a Senior Client Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of multinational supplier partners, developing long-term relationships and delivering commercial growth through Nectar360's insights and marketing solutions. You'll act as a trusted partner to your clients, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities to support their sales and marketing ambitions.

A significant part of the role involves leading annual planning conversations, developing senior stakeholder engagement strategies and coordinating activity across our insights and marketing teams. You'll oversee the successful delivery of marketing campaigns, identify opportunities to maximise revenue growth and ensure clients receive a high-quality, commercially focused service. You'll also provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, working closely with colleagues across Nectar360 to translate customer insights into actionable commercial opportunities.

Alongside leading client relationships, you'll support and coach team members, manage forecasting and financial performance, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

We offer a culture where you can take risks, learn from them, and be recognised. The Nectar360 team is a real priority, connected to almost everything the business does and playing a key role in driving profitability.
