About the Role

You will have total accountability for the store – driving performance, plans and actions; celebrating success and ensuring your teams are trained and developed to be the best they can be. Every day, you’ll plan and organise resources to meet the fast-moving demands of the store, ensuring excellent customer experiences in an ever-changing retail environment.

Experience
Proven track record of managing a fast-paced operation delivering results across service, sales, customer outcomes and team performance. Experience using insight to make smart decisions that improve performance and customer experiences. Confident in navigating employee relations and applying HR policies consistently and with care. Demonstrated ability to develop and support team performance and capability, helping others step up and succeed. Experience leading through change while keeping teams motivated and focused.
About You
A natural coach and communicator who supports as strongly as challenges. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to see the link between actions and customer outcomes and resolve issues quickly. Strong planning and organising skills to manage a busy, fast-moving store environment. Commercially minded with a creative approach to driving change. Relentless in pursuit of better customer experiences and a role model for service and company values.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required; however, a strong focus on leadership, customer service, and team development is essential.
