You must be fully registered with the GMC and hold a License to Practice. The post is ideally suited to applicants who have obtained their CCT or within 12 months of attaining it but consideration will be given to other applicants demonstrating a specific interest in the subspecialty. The postholder will have regular contact with vulnerable adults and/or children (0-18 years) and therefore this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Criminal Records Bureau to check for any previous criminal convictions.
