About the Role
The Clinical Fellow in Thrombosis & Haemostasis will be responsible for providing clinical input into the management of patients with thrombosis and acquired bleeding disorders. This fixed-term position for 12 months will involve participating in research aimed at improving the management of thrombotic disorders and/or acquired bleeding disorders. The post holder will also engage in clinical and service activities to ensure high standards of patient care and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and training.
Department Information
The Thrombosis and Thrombophilia team is expanding rapidly due to an increasing referral rate, accommodating a growing number of patients with thrombotic disorders. The Centre provides advisory services for anticoagulant control and management of high-risk cases, and organizes thrombosis/thrombophilia clinics at Guys and St Thomas' sites. The team includes experienced professionals and offers a collaborative environment for clinical practice and research.
Experience
Experience in managing patients with thrombosis and acquired bleeding disorders is desirable.

Qualifications
A medical degree and relevant clinical experience are required. Additional qualifications in hematology or related fields are advantageous.
