We are seeking an accomplished Senior Compliance Manager to join our Finance, Legal and Regulatory team. You will work directly with the Head of Risk & Compliance, supporting ClearScore’s development of innovative new products by providing expert advice to the business. You will ensure that we operate in line with applicable regulations and internal policies and procedures. Our team delivers fast and supports exciting new projects both in the UK and internationally. We approach Compliance in a modern way, taking a risk-based approach and acting as a helper rather than a hindrance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and advise by providing expert advice on complex Compliance topics to support new initiatives in the UK and internationally
- Investigate and monitor any irregularities or instances of non-compliance, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies
- Keep up to date with relevant laws and regulations and train employees as required
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of compliance and ensure robust, effective controls
- Support governance through administrative duties such as policy writing and process creation

Experience
Minimum 3 years Compliance experience at an FCA regulated business with strong knowledge of the FCA Handbook. Experience with CONC is a bonus. Previous work in a FinTech or other fast-paced environment is highly desirable. Proven ability to work autonomously and at pace.

About you
You have an analytical mindset and can manage ambiguity effectively. You are proactive in stakeholder management and have extensive experience collaborating with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Commercial. You have a strong desire and ability to learn new topics and expand your regulatory compliance knowledge.

Qualifications
Relevant compliance qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not explicitly required. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is essential.
