About the Role
Join Infosys Consulting - Europe, a globally renowned management consulting firm recognized for innovation and excellence. As a Senior Consultant in our Utilities Practice, you will lead and participate in client interactions and workshops, delivering high-quality outputs on complex projects under tight deadlines. You will engage stakeholders across multiple teams and organisations to drive technology delivery and business change. Taking ownership, you will solve ambiguous problem statements and complex technical issues, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will assist programme leadership in managing risks, issues, and delivery, mentor project delivery teams, and contribute to firm and practice development initiatives including innovation and learning. Additionally, you will support leadership in bids and pursuits, helping to grow the business and strengthen our market position.

Experience
- Experience within the UK Utilities industry covering one or more of Electricity, Water & Gas Energy sectors
- Experience working on functional domains relevant to Utilities for Transmission, Distribution, B2C and B2B segments
- Preferably experienced in Data Migration on SaaS platforms such as Kraken, CRM Implementation, and Customer Transformation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in gathering, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating business requirements
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile ways of working
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering projects through the full lifecycle

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging client stakeholders
- A collaborative team player capable of leading workshops and working within a matrix team structure
