About the Role
Kantar is undergoing the largest technology transformation in its $4bn business history, modernising and integrating platforms as a cloud-native organisation (Azure). A key part of this transformation is the Digital Twins platform — an innovative, experimental system that simulates consumer behaviour at scale, enabling Kantar's products to test scenarios and predict outcomes before they happen. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will join a small, agile, start-up style team building this platform from the ground up. You will move fast, test ideas quickly, learn from setbacks, and iterate. This demanding challenge is led by industry experts, where your engineering decisions will directly shape the outcome.
You will design and build robust data pipelines, platforms, and databases that support AI-driven products. Collaborating closely with engineers, data scientists, and product partners, you will help shape the Digital Twins platform. Your role includes running experiments, testing ideas, building working demos, improving and optimising data processes, tooling, and cloud-based architectures, as well as creating monitoring and visualisations to track system health, performance, and progress.
What’s in it for you
Flexible hybrid working, 25 days leave plus 2 days paid volunteering and life event leave, competitive salary and bonus (role dependent), company pension, enhanced parental leave, healthcare options, and a wide range of flexible benefits.
Please note: Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this role. Candidates must have the right to work in the country where the role is located before applying.
