About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS trusts, providing a wide range of hospital and community services across south London and specialist care for patients from further afield. The Trust is renowned for clinical excellence, high quality teaching, and world-leading research, and is part of King’s Health Partners alongside King’s College London. As Senior Exceed Relationship Consultant, you will manage a small team to deliver and implement innovative IT solutions that address operational challenges across Guy’s and St Thomas’ and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trusts.

You will engage closely with clients to understand their challenges and operational needs, build lasting relationships, and work collaboratively with internal and external IT teams to develop and deliver solutions. Your role will involve measuring and improving Exceed scores monthly, facilitating delivery sprints, and driving continuous improvements to enhance patient care and staff experience through technology.

The role requires exceptional customer service and influencing skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead IT design for new clinical services, manage customer relationships, monitor service improvements, and plan business engagement activities. You will also support and guide junior Exceed Relationship Consultants to ensure the success of the team.
