About the Role
Join Janus Henderson and be part of a team committed to investing in a brighter future together. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will lead forecast consolidation activities across Finance, ensuring inputs are complete, accurate, and delivered on time with variance analysis to support high-quality planning and decision-making. You will track business and financial performance against plan and forecast, identify key variances, highlight emerging risks and opportunities, and provide clear management insight.
You will lead the calculation of profit-based incentive schemes, partnering closely with Accounting and People teams on monthly tracking, accruals, performance, and scenario analysis. The role involves delivering high-quality ad hoc financial analysis to support senior decision-making on strategic and operational priorities.
Driving simplification, standardisation, and automation of FP&A processes will be key to enhancing efficiency, control, and management information quality. You will design and develop robust analytical tools, models, and templates to enable scalable insight generation and better business decisions.
Playing a key role in enhancing the Anaplan planning infrastructure, you will provide thoughtful analysis and practical recommendations balancing sophistication, usability, and scalability. You will also help drive broader AI adoption across Finance by identifying practical use cases, embedding effective ways of working, and building team capability.
As a trusted analytical partner to senior FP&A and Business Finance leadership, you will bring pace, judgement, and intellectual rigour to time-sensitive priorities. You will collaborate effectively across Finance functions including Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Business Finance, People, and Finance Technology to improve decision support and strengthen ways of working.
You will also take on additional responsibilities as required to support the evolving needs of the team and wider Finance function.
Janus Henderson offers hybrid working, generous holiday policies, excellent health and wellbeing benefits including corporate ClassPass membership, paid volunteer time, professional development support, diversity and inclusion commitment, family support services, mindfulness app subscription, employee networking events, and lunch allowance within a subsidised onsite canteen.
