Document treatment administered on epic Provide patient information leaflets and guidance on Emollient and Topical steroids Undertake phlebotomy Collect patient experience/IMPARTS data Clinical Skills Competency sign off required Escort pts to other areas if required Take Urgent samples to Labs Collect Medication from Pharmacy Dowling Phototherapy: Administer tap water Iontophoresis treatment Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for departmental resources Outpatients and Community clinics: Undertake clinical test such as Mycology, Phlebotomy, urinalysis, pregnancy tests, MRSA screening Carrying out clinical observations such as BP, height & weight, document on EPIC Assist with skin biopsies, simple excisions and wound care advice Undertake wound care and dressing Suture removal Decant and ensure a supply of liquid nitrogen is available Work 1:1 with clinician in Womens clinic Setting up clinics & stocking up room. Replace supplies- gowns, gloves Reporting problems to facilities management. Maintain adequate level of Patient information leaflets Chaperoning for all clinics Ordering of products- clinical and non-clinical
