We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to drive our pay, reward, policy, and workforce improvement agenda. In this role, you will lead complex HR projects, oversee pay governance and job evaluation processes, manage pay audits, and develop a forward-thinking pay and benefits strategy aligned with organisational priorities.
You will provide expert advice to senior leaders, collaborate closely with trade unions, and ensure our HR policy framework promotes fairness, legal compliance, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing key HR contracts, managing employee relations frameworks, and line managing a team of three.
Experience
- Significant experience in strategic HR, pay and reward, and employee relations
- Proven ability to lead complex projects in a large or public sector organisation
- Strong knowledge of pay frameworks, job evaluation, and equal pay compliance
