For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification: In consultation with RM-CTU Strategy Committee, Head of Clinical Trial Management assist in the joint management of RM CTU, including its staff, systems, and processes. Develop and implement a policy for the flexible deployment of staff to support trials activity in a way that matches skills to the RMs scientific needs in an optimal and dynamic manner whilst aiming to maximise the potential of individual staff members. Develop and maintain sound/constructive collaborative relationships with senior RM personnel including Clinical Unit Research Leads and stakeholders, including industry and non-commercial sponsors.
