See job description for full details about this role. Leadership responsibilities Provide advice to health care professionals in line with deliverables of SPS. Maintain specialist knowledge of medicines optimisation as it applies across integrated care systems. Act as an expert resource nationally. Support implementation of strategies and plans for the NHS SPS MA and MUS services for England. Service improvement and management responsibility Work collaboratively with other pharmacy professionals within NHS SPS. Support scoping, organising, and carrying out changes to service delivery necessary across England in order to meet the ongoing objectives of the MA and MUS services. Research and innovation Undertake and promote research and development where this supports the broader strategic objectives of MA and MUS. Support development and implementation of qualitative and quantitative measures to determine performance against the organisational strategy.
