About the Role
As a result of growth, Bridewell is seeking an experienced Senior Penetration Tester with solid expertise in infrastructure and web application testing to deliver testing engagements across a range of key client projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and determined professional to continue their development while working on exciting and varied assignments. Additionally, there is dedicated time allocated for research and the development of new testing methodologies and techniques, ensuring you remain at the forefront of offensive security.

Experience
- Strong client-facing experience, able to communicate effectively with all organisational levels using appropriate technical language
- Highly proficient in conducting a variety of penetration tests including infrastructure, web application, API testing, and device configuration reviews
- CREST Certified Tester (CCT) or Cyber Scheme Team Leader (CSTM) with infrastructure specialism (mandatory)
- NCSC CHECK Team Leader (CTL) with at least Principal Cyber Security Professional (PriCSP) title (mandatory)
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a larger team
- Proven ability to produce high-quality technical and executive reports tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Holds or is willing to obtain a minimum of DV clearance

Qualifications
- Mandatory: CREST Certified Tester (CCT) or Cyber Scheme Team Leader (CSTM) with infrastructure specialism
- Mandatory: NCSC CHECK Team Leader (CTL) with Principal Cyber Security Professional (PriCSP) title
- Desirable: OSCP, OSCE, CRTO certifications
- Desirable: Knowledge of cloud security platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
- Desirable: Experience in LLM/AI testing
- Desirable: Experience in Adversary Simulation / Red Teaming
- Desirable: Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python, Powershell, Bash
