Plan, develop and evaluate methods and processes for gathering, analysing, interpreting, and presenting accurate and timely data and information. Ensure flexibility of the programme to meet conflicting/changing requirements if required. Demonstrate effective stakeholder management across the system and at all levels, with in-depth knowledge to be able to respond to and resolve conflict between different providers when this arises, through facilitation or other appropriate mechanisms. Consider the impact of any change on existing contract arrangements and oversee any necessary changes, ensuring full ownership and buy-in of providers at senior and executive levels. The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop strong service delivery.
