About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Sales Negotiator to join our busy and expanding Hyde Park office. The successful candidate will be responsible for winning new business and delivering the highest level of customer care. Key responsibilities include meeting and registering new applicants, maintaining regular contact with vendors and applicants while recording all correspondence, and building long-lasting client relationships based on trust and a strong work ethic. You will arrange, organise, and conduct property viewings, canvass for new properties, and negotiate offers to ensure the best outcomes for all parties. Progressing sales from offer to completion and assisting with valuations are essential duties. You will work closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities, achieve daily and weekly KPI targets, and support the day-to-day running of the office. Collaboration across departments and referring business where appropriate is expected. You will also assist the Hyde Park Sales team in exceeding their annual targets.

Experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets, both individually and as part of a team
- Strong client management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Vebra is desirable but not essential
