As a Senior Security Consultant, you will be a passionate security-focused individual with an honest and empathic approach to customer conversations. You will have substantial experience within security and client-facing roles, delivering complex projects while developing and maintaining senior-level client relationships. You will possess a broad range of expertise across Cyber Security and be able to articulate and deliver different Bridewell propositions to our target markets.

This role sits within our Consulting teams, working with a variety of clients across multiple industries, predominantly within Critical National Infrastructure. You will deliver a range of Cyber Security projects, from single risk assessments to full ISMS development, ensuring multinational companies gain accreditation in accordance with international standards.

Requirements

Experience
- Delivering client engagements including ISMS development, ISO27001 certification support, NIS2 compliance, and governance, risk and compliance activities
- Implementing security standards such as ISO27001, NCSC CAF, and NIST
- Conducting Cyber Security risk assessments and managing risk management activities
- Strong general knowledge of IT systems including traditional infrastructure, cloud platforms, and SaaS
- Working within operational security roles or security management/leadership positions
- Collaborating with technical teams and board members
- Performing Cyber Security assessments and gap analysis against various frameworks
- Staying current with Cyber Security developments through training and conferences
- Supporting leadership and sales teams with tender responses and pre-sales activities
- Quality assuring work produced by other consultants
- Contributing to the development of Bridewell security methodologies

About you
You are a passionate and security-focused professional with excellent communication skills and an honest, empathic approach to client engagement. You thrive in client-facing roles, enjoy delivering complex projects, and excel at building and maintaining senior client relationships. You are proactive in keeping your knowledge up to date and comfortable working across diverse industries, particularly within Critical National Infrastructure.

Qualifications
Relevant professional certifications and demonstrable experience in Cyber Security standards and frameworks are expected. Specific qualifications are not listed but experience with ISO27001, NCSC CAF, NIST, and similar standards is essential.
