About you: The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as collaborative working within the multi-disciplinary and with our community colleagues in health, education and social services is essential. You will be an OT who has a child friendly approach and can be adaptable to meet the childs individual therapy needs as well as flexible to support the team within a busy hospital environment. You will be responsible for supporting the development of knowledge and skills for junior members of staff working in this area and will contribute to service development alongside the clinical specialists in Neurosciences. There is also the opportunity to further develop specialist knowledge and skills in assessment and intervention for children within your caseload as you will work in consultation with the clinical specialist OT's working in the relevant services.
