The post holder will work as an autonomous practitioner providing high quality specialist nursing care within the school nurse service. You will support children and families with their night time enuresis needs The post holder will be responsible for facilitating effective enuresis support to enable the young person to be dry at night. You will also identify when additional support may be required for example the use of an alarm The post holder will provide clinical supervision to other staff, students and may undertake research, lead clinical audits in own specialist area. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and education of other professionals and will be expected to be innovative and flexible. The post holder will work collaboratively with their peer enuresis lead nurse across the School Nursing Service. They will ensure the safety and well-being of services users, and always working in a manner that promotes dignity and human rights through the adoption of person centred care principles.
