The role of the senior staff nurse is to ensure safety and quality across the ward, of both staff, patients and relatives. Ensuring high standards of care are met consistently. In this position you will be completing both clinical and administrative duties . You will be responsible for the smooth running of shifts and will be expected to provide exceptional standards of specialized Haematology care to our patients.
