About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to support and enhance the psychological care of service users of Lambeth Talking Therapies. The successful applicant will provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective administrative service while managing appointments, processing referrals, and dealing with enquiries via telephone, email, or in person. You will possess the ability to communicate effectively with patients experiencing mental health issues as well as staff from across the service. Demonstrating excellent knowledge of Office 365, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with high standards of written and spoken English, is essential. Understanding the importance of confidentiality is crucial. This challenging role operates within an extremely busy environment, requiring care, attention, and sensitivity when dealing with difficult situations. Therefore, it is important that you are enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while balancing your work demands against those of the team. Flexibility and responsiveness to the changing needs of the service are key. The post holder will work within the overall framework of the team and adhere to the team's policies and procedures, receiving support through regular supervision and line management.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly within a healthcare setting, is advantageous.

Qualifications
