Description
Your typical day could start with responding to resident queries and ensuring any follow ups are assigned to the correct Service Charge Officer before you go to a team meeting to collate information for S22 notices and first tier tribunal cases. Then you might be creating a report on team performance on CRM queries to illustrate progression and compare any common trends or outstanding enquiries. As a Service Charge Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of the service charge team and no one day is the same. You’ll be a critical support to your team in day-to-day activities, ensuring all enquiries are logged, allocated and responded to within appropriate timescales. You’re a proactive and organised person who likes to get things done. You’ll enjoy working in a busy environment to support your team members ensuring a positive outcome for our residents is met in a timely manner. Your role covers all aspects of support for the Service Charge Teams, this includes supporting our Service Charge Specialists throughout the process of setting, reviewing and issuing service charge accounts for social tenants, homeowners and commercial customers. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service in relation to service charges and communication regarding them.
