About the Role
The Service Charge Officer role at Haringey Council is a critical position responsible for calculating accurate and transparent service charges for our leaseholders and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in achieving the Homeownership Team's targets and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organisation. About the Team
The Leasehold Service Charge Team is part of the Homeownership Team, delivering services to around 5,000 leaseholders. The team consists of four specialist groups managing Right to Buy, service charges, Section 20, and income collection. The team values teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Experience
