About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a motivated, creative and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant to complement the work of our teachers. The post involves planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals, groups or whole classes. You will work closely with teachers and assist them in assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress and development. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting the school’s policies and ethos and contributing to the development of our creative curriculum.

Experience
Experience of working in a primary school learning environment is essential. Confirmed HLTA status is required.

About you
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to both children and adults. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.

Qualifications
Confirmed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status is required.
